Spinal Health and Posture Correction

Join instructor, Joanne Pineau, HBSc., C-IAYT  Certified Yoga Therapist, a highly skilled and experienced Yoga Therapist based in Thornbury for this free workshop. 

Learn how to sit, bend and lift pain-free. Learn effective exercises to improve muscle tone and release tension and pain in the neck, shoulders and low back. This is an experiential workshop so dress in comfortable clothing. We will do the exercises sitting in chairs and standing. 

Limit of 25 participants. Register below.
